The following is an explanation of the various components available with the different packages of ppSD2. If you have any questions about any of the following components, please feel free to contact us.
Installation
- File upload We upload all files to your FTP server and set permissions
- Database Setup We create the MySQL table structure
- Cron Job If possible, we setup the program's required cron job
- Functionality Tests We ensure that the program is working on your server
Installation & Implementation
Includes everything that comes with the "Installation" (above) as well as the following:
- Basic template integration The program will look like the rest of your website
- Module integration If you plan on using any of the modules, we get them integrated for you
- Field creation You tell us what fields you want to collect in the database, we create them
- Registration form creation You tell us how you want your registration forms set up, we create them
- Secure area set up You tell us what content on your site you want secured, we secure it
- Member database import You provide us with a CSV file of your members, we import them into ppSD2

- E-Mail support Timely responses and informative answers
- Telephone support Available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (CST)
- Not available on holidays or when otherwise indicated within your Ascad Networks account

During an implementation consultation we will work with you over the phone to best determine how to maximize ppSD2's potential for your business.
Advanced Upgrade Package
The Advanced Upgrade Package is a monthly subscription package designed to ensure that your program is always up-to-date and free of critical bugs. Features of the package include:
- Bi-monthly Updates Twice a month our technicians will update your program to the latest version
- Critical Update Patching If a critical bug is ever detected, you will be instantly patched
