How long will you take to install my program?

If purchased during our working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm CST) we generally complete installations within 1-2 hours. If purchased outside of those hours, installations will generally take no more than 1-2 business days. Implementation can take anywhere from 2-4 business days depending on the scale of the implementation.

Can I install the program myself?

Yes. If you would like to install the program manually, simply inform us of this when you are registering an account following your purchase. Installation of the program requires knowledge of FTP uploading, permissions, and cron jobs. Click here for more information on installing the software.

Will my license expire?

No. Although your support package and access to free upgrades will expire when your Ascad Networks account does (more information here), ppSD2 will continue to function on your server even after your Ascad Networks account has expired.

Can I install the program multiple times with 1 license?

No. Every installation of ppSD2 requires an additional license. Additional licenses can be purchased at a discounted rate. Log into your Ascad Networks account to receive your savings.

Can I translate the program into my language?

Yes. ppSD2 is fully template-based, meaning that you can easily translate all user-visible templates into any language.

Can I manage multiple domains with a single license?

Yes. ppSD2 allows you to manage multiple domains under a single installation of the program as long as the domains are all hosted on the same server and all domains are owned and operated by the same individual.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. ppSD2 comes with a 30 day money back guarantee in the event that the software does not function on the your web server due to server-related issues or in the event that software does not meet your requirements.

Can I re-brand the program to remove all Ascad Networks/ppSD2 references?

Your license allows you to re-brand all user (member) visible templates. In the event that you want to re-brand the administrative control panel, this option is available for a one-time fee.

Although the name has changed, the software has been around since 2002 and remains the flagship product of Ascad Networks.

Do I have to be "tech-savvy" to use ppSD2?

ppSD2 is designed for users of all levels, but at no time will you ever need to have knowledge of programming languages or code in order to use ppSD2. As long as you can use a web browser, you can use ppSD2! For users requiring assitance getting used to the program, we provide a wide array of services to help you get accustomed to the product, including video tutorials, a product manual, telephone consultations, and phone/e-mail support.

Do you offer a free trial?

There is currently no free trial available that can be installed directly on your website, however, we do offer a functional online demo so that you can experience the program hands-on.
