Lead Generation & Followup
Not all visitors are instant customers
Let's be honest, despite all of your best efforts, not all customers who arrive at your website will instantly buy your services. You need to nurture and develop relationships with your potential buyers through communication and followup.
Thankfully, ppSD2 helps automate and personalize the lead follow-up process. Here's how!
Nurture your leads through "opt-in" marketing
You start by creating a basic web form (like the one to your right) that will capture your lead's e-mail and basic information. Once in the system, you can now use the power of ppSD2's autoresponder system to automatically trigger e-mails to be sent out at specific intervals, like 2 days after the form is processed, 5 days, 10 days, etc.. Each e-mail is completely unique and customizable. Furthermore, if autoresponders aren't enough, you can manually send out targeted e-mails at any time.
Criteria System
But where some systems stop, ppSD2 keeps on going. Let's say you are running a car dealership and you wanted to make sure that only users interested in "used Toyota's" received a followup e-mail. Rather than send out an e-mail to every lead, hoping they are interested in "used Toyota's", why not cut out the guessing game?
Using the power of ppSD2's criteria system, specifying who receives an e-mail is as easy as setting up criteria. Do you want to tell the program to only e-mail leads interested in "used fords"? No problem. How about leads interested in "new fords or volkswagens"? Piece of cake! Heck, why not go one step further and tell it to only email leads in a specific city of state? It's all possible with ppSD2's criteria system: just set up your form and use the submitted information to determine the criteria.
Try it out for yourself!
Use the sample lead-generation form shown above, select your interests, and watch the targeted e-mails roll in!
