You can import and export a variety of information using ppSD2 from "Settings > Import & Export". Please note that detailed help is available on each specific import screen on the control panel.
Users
Importing
Users can be mass created, edited, and deleted using the import tool.
All imported files need to be in the CSV format. A list of fields that you can import is available under "Full Field List" from the user import screen. These fields need to be on the top line of your import file and must match the exact name of the field currently in the database.
Exporting All Users
You can export your entire user database from "Settings > Import & Export" > "Export Users and/or Leads".
Exporting Search Results
You can export a specific set of users based on a search result or filtered list from the "Manage > List &sort User/Leads" screen. To do this, run your search or filters and then click on the teal "Export" button.
Event Registration Lists
You can export registration lists for specific events by going to "Manage > List Events" and clicking on the "RSVP List" icon next to the event's name.
Shopping Cart Orders
Exporting all Orders
Go to "Settings > Import & Export" > "Export or Print Orders"
Exporting Specific Orders
Go to "Shopping Cart > List all Orders", click on the "Show Filters [+]" button, and specify what you want to export.
Importing Orders
You can import (create) new subscriptions from "Settings > Import & Export" > "Import Orders"
Importing Shopping Cart Products
A free utility has been provided that will allow you to import shopping cart products into the database. You can download this from your Ascad Networks account.
Importing Subscriptions
You can import (create) new subscriptions from "Settings > Import & Export" > "Import Subscriptions"
Importing Digital Products
You can import (create) new digital products from "Settings > Import & Export" > "Import Digital Products". Note that if you use this method, you will need to upload the physical files to your server beforehand.
