403 Forbidden Error

Symptoms

• You cannot delete anything from the control panel
• When you access a page, you receive a "403 Forbidden Error" in your web browser.

Solution

• Ensure that all files and folder affected are set to permission 755,
• Contact your web hosting provide and ask them to disable any "mod-security" issues that may be preventing the program from properly accessing these files.
