Issue

You are adding or editing a product but product images are not appearing.

Symptoms

Broken images when you access a product's page.

Solution

• Ensure that the "ppSD2/custom/cart" folder is set to permission 777.
• Ensure that the "ppSD2 Folder Name" option (Settings > Paths and URLS) is set correctly. This should reflect only the folder names above your primary domain that lead to your ppSD2 folder. So if your program is installed to "http:www.yoursite.com/ppSD2", it would be "ppSD2". Or if you are installed to "http:www.yoursite.com/members/ppSD2" it would be "members/ppSD2".
