The following is a licensing agreement between the purchasing party (end-user) and Ascad Networks (the parent company of ppSD2). By installing and using ppSD2 ("the software" / "the program") on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Throughout these terms, "you" includes both the reader and any licensee.

The ppSD2 license grants you the right to install a single instance of the software on one web server. Each additional installation of ppSD2 requires an additional license.
Test Servers
You may set up a single test installation on a test server as long as this installation is never accessed, viewed, or used by the general public.
Transfer Policy
Your license can be transferred to a different domain within 3 months of your purchase. You cannot transfer a license more than once within that 3 month period. Transfers outside of the 3 month period are subject to a one-time license transfer fee. Licenses are granted to the purchasing end-user only and cannot be sold or transferred to other persons by the end-user.

ppSD2 cannot be used in a manner that violates copyright provisions:
Resale & Distribution of Software
It is strictly forbidden to resell or distribute the software in any shape or form.
Termination of License
In the event that you wish to terminate your license, you must completely destroy and uninstall both the ppSD2 physical files located on your server and the ppSD2 database. Our technicians can assist in any uninstallation.
Re-branding & Copyrights
Your license permits your to remove all Ascad Networks and ppSD2 links and copyrights located on the program's template that will be visible by your users (members). In the event that you purchase administrative re-branding rights, you may also remove branding from the ppSD2 administrative control panel. Under no circumstances can the ppSD2 administrative control panel be re-branding without first purchasing re-branding rights. At all times the program's code remains copyrighted to Ascad Networks, regardless of whether the copyrights are visible on the administration control panel or user-visible templates.

Violation of the Licensing Agreement
If any of the above terms are violated, Ascad Networks reverses the right to do any of the following:
Liability
ppSD2 is provided "as is". By installing and using ppSD2, you assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of Ascad Networks is limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of the purchased price. Ascad Networks is not liable for the content of any site on which ppSD2 is installed and running. Ascad Networks is not liable for any damages including lost profits, lost data, and damages arising from the use of ppSD2.
Ascad Networks cannot guarantee that the purchase software is free of bugs. In the event that a bug is reported, Ascad Networks attempts to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Software Updates: Ascad Networks periodically issues updates to all of its software. It is the end-user's responsibility to download and install these updates. Updates improve software performance and remove bugs.
Refund Policy
The program comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. A money back guarantee applies in the following cases:
Custom Programming: In the event that the end-user purchases custom programming and then requests a refund, the manual labor fee associated with the custom programming will not be refunded (billed at $85/hour).
Verification of End-User's Claim: Ascad Networks reserves the right to verify the end-user's refund request in the event that the issue is related to server-incompatibility. Before a refund is issued, Ascad Networks requires that the end-user provide full FTP access. Ascad Networks will attempt to solve the issue. If the claim of server-incompatibility is confirmed, meaning that Ascad Networks cannot make the software function on the end-user's server, a refund will be issued.
Refunds On or After 30 Days: No refunds will ever be issued after 30 days, regardless of whether they meet the above listed specifications.
Removal of Software: Before a refund is issued, the end-user must remove ppSD2 from both local computers and web servers. In the event that the program is used following a refund being issued, the end-user will be charged for the price of a license.
Requesting a Refund: All refunds must be requested by phone. To request a refund, call (630) 214-9598 anytime from 10AM to 5PM (Central). Please have your order number ready.
Hosted Package: The 30-day money back does not apply to the hosted package. The hosted package setup and monthly fees are non-refundable.
Program Updates & Upgrades
The following section covers program updates and upgrades.
Upgrades during the duration of your support package: All ppSD2 packages come with a fixed timeframe during which the end-user has access to newer releases of the software. The cost of your package only covers access to these updates and upgrades (and the ability to manually update your software), and in no way entitles you to free professional updates performed by Ascad Networks (exception: users enrolled in the "Advanced Upgrade Package" will receive 2 updates per month). Professional updates can be purchased as any time.
Manual updates performed by the end-user: Ascad Networks is not responsible in the event that errors occur following any manual update performed by the end-user. Any such errors are NOT covered by standard support. In the event that there is an error following a manual update by the end-user, the end-user will be charged the cost of a professional update to solve the issue and/or complete the update.
Updates following account expiration: Once your account's support package has expired, you will be given the option to purchase access to upgrades at any time or to renew your support package, thereby renewing your account and granting you access to updates and upgrades.

Storing Credit Card Information
ppSD2 is equipped to handle the storage and encryption of credit card information within its database. By choosing to use this system to store credit card information, you waive all liability on the part of Ascad Networks and its software (ppSD2) in the event that this information is compromised or stolen. You also agree to comply with the industry-required PCI-compliance standards prior to storing credit card information.
