I have one word for Ascad Network's products and sales/support staff: A-W-E-S-O-M-E! We considered many alternatives before choosing ppSD2 to handle all of our private content management, and we could not be happier with its ease of use, power, flexibility, and reliability. Plus, their pre-sales support, installation and technical support team have been incredible. They went way beyond the call of duty on an installation that ended up having a lot of complexity and issues due to a server migration and several other technical issues we were struggling with at the time.
So many software companies these days have awful support -- slow; can't reach a human by phone at all; wait-wait-wait, get an incomplete response, then wait-wait-wait again, a suggested solution doesn't work as promised, etc.. The support and responsiveness of Ascad Networks has been off the charts and I can't tell you how much we've appreciated the combination of incredible product plus incredible support, especially since things were so crazed here while they were installing the ppSD2 software.
